Tonight's Salad Dressing

1 tablespoon champagne vinegar
1 tablespoon walnut oil
1 teaspoon black currant mustard
1 teaspoon honey
salt to taste

It was pretty darned good. Served with baby bells and mixed greens sans spinach. And some tasty taquito-type appies.
